    CRC question

Am I right in thinking that a CD should produce an identical set of CRCs when ripped in different drives? (Assuming no errors/scratches, etc.) So if I copy the CDRipperCache.bin file to a new computer, I wouldn't be wasting my time...?

One other question - is there any reason not to choose "maximum" for ripping speed? Is it any more likely to produce errors than a slower speed? Assuming hardware is in good working order, of course.

    Thanks.

    Re: CRC question

The last track (or first) might have a different crc because of drive offsets and overreading.
