Running dbpoweramp Reference, full purchased version/everything, Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 w/ 4GB DDR2 667 memory, the works. Obviously no bottleneck there. TSSTcorp SH-S183L optical drive (SATA). Rips top out at about 10x. Is there such a thing as DMA mode on SATA optical drives? What am I doing wrong? What more information can I give in order to assist/pinpoint the problem? Thanks in advance.
