    AMG and Reference 12.4

    Spoon,

A couple months ago I bought the AMG access for $5.00. Months later I bought the "Mp3 license & power pack" for $18.00. Where are my all days left for the first one ($5.00).= 730 days. right. Now I'm planing to buy the Reference package but I'm concern about the days it will add more days or what?

Also, I want to be set for life do you have a option to add the REferece plus the existing Mp3 license & powerpack and have upgrades for life or a discount for instance.

As it says on the registration page, AMG access starts from the date of purchase and only 1 year can be used. So it is not possible to have more than 365 days.

As stated here (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-power-register.htm) on #3, you can upgrade the PowerPack to Reference for an upgrade fee instead of the full Reference charge.

        Ok, that's cool
but you didn't answer my question for the first $5 that i spent. I haven't used all my days, then I bought the mp3+powerpack wich it has another 1 year of AMG. Now What do we with the first $5 that i spent? where are my days?

As it says on the registration page and as Spoon mentioned, your AMG activation starts the day you install it and goes out one year, period. The second year of AMG that came with the PowerPack should have just adjusted the number to 365 days.

To be clear on this, we are not allowed to sell more than 1 years access to AMG, our contract is 1 year rolling, so beyond that we cannot sell something we cannot provide 100%

I purchased the dBMC Reference package on Jan 5, 2008 (4 months ago) and now dBpoweramp Configuration says my registration status for Reference is Registered, but for All Media Guide it says "Access Expired (using freedb)". Which means I need to renew my access to AMG? What gives? I should have 8 months left or roughly 240 days.

                Regards,
                Rob
