Hi,
I bought dBpa R12 over the weekend and so far I am more than impressed with the product, not to mention the support in these forums.
Last night I was ripping a badly scratched CD by Dan Reed Network which showed up in the AccurateRip database. Unfortunately track number 3 did not rip properly and was labelled "Inaccurate" and "Insecure". Tried several times to re-rip but to no avail.
I decided to try EAC and although it too reported inaccurate rip it did not detect any errors.
So, I decided once more to try dBpa and this time it did rip the track as accurate (according to the AccurateRip database - confidence 14) but the CRC value was in red.
My question is - what does this mean and is the track now securely ripped?
Many thanks for any advice!
