cd ripper stops working

Hi
this is my first posting
I have downloaded db poweramp reference version after trying the trial version.The trial version worked ok but since loading the registered version cd ripper stops working when I insert a cd.I have tried about a dozen different cds and managed to rip only two.I am using Vista and get a message saying a problem has stopped the program working.Can anyone help as I am abit annoyed having just spent £17 on something that does not work properly.

Looks like its sorted.I looked back through some previous threads and unchecked cd-text in the Meta option and everything now rips fine.
