Small audio skip in track 1 of every album I rip

I rip all my cds to my computer, and lately every album I rip has a short audio skip in track 1 only. Any idea what is causing this? Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Try switching secure ripping mode on, if AccurateRip says the CD had no errors then it does not.
