Ripping crashes at 99% on track 1

    Hi,

Downloaded and registered dBpoweramp Reference, got the codec pack, got a brand new, bog standard LG drive. All defaut settigns in dBpoweramp. Nothign unusual about my system. Ripping to FLAC.

Ripping consistencly hangs or crashses the program, usually gets to 99% on track 1 and that's it.

Same CDs are ripping fine, to FLAC, in WinAmp!

    Help!

Ripping to an internal, external, or network drive? Version of XP and dMC?

Try the Encode Local utility codec, currently in beta here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=14731

Using dMC to rip to network drives always causes odd results, the utility should help.
