Replaygain is moving TotalDiscs and TotalTracks tags to DiscTotal and TrackTotal

For FLAC files I store the total discs in TotalDiscs and total tracks int TotalTracks.
Whenever I run the Replaygain DSP on this file it moves them to DiscTotal and TrackTotal.

Is there a way I can stop this happening please.
