I'm trying to convert a WMA file to FLAC.
I received the following error message:
check no other program has it open and file is not protected. [clDecoder::NonInternetStreamingOpen]

How do I fix this.

Did you buy those files online? Are they copyright protected (DRM)?

Yes - I did purchase the files online.
How do I tell if they are copyright protected?
FYI - I have purchased from this company before and successfully converted the files.

If you hold the mouse of the file, it should say if protected on the popup information.

Check the size of the files is not small, which might indicate they are corrupted.
