multiple nimbie setup problems

I am trying to run 2 Nimbie nb21's in batch converter.
They both appear and are configured.
When I run a test load the configuration software hangs and I have to quit out and start again.
Batch ripper sits on pre batch action without loading discs and I have to use task manager to exit.

Everything works fine using individual machines.
Am I wrong to expect this software to run multiple robotic loaders?
Do you have any suggestions that may help?

We have tested a long time ago multiple nimbies on the same computer, however we are not in a position to verify this any more.

thanks for your reply - you do advertise your software as being able to run multiple machines. after quite a heavy investments it turns out it doesnt work.....
I am now going to buy a second pc to run it from - false advertising!!!!!

How is it false advertising if it was true at the time, for all we know a Windows update 24 hours ago stopped it working...We will remove that line based on your results.

Be glad you do not work in the software industry where your systems rely on a billion combinations of hardware and software, including security software.
