Change Batch Converter install issue.

Having an issue installing the batch convertor for a Sony VGP-XL1B unit.

I can see the Sony unit in the windows device manager as functioning correctly - when I try to install the driver I get the error when it tries to run the configuration program.

OS is Windows 10 20H2
Build 19042.746
