"Explore to File Location" Right-click issue

In Windows 10, from the main Batch Converter window, if I click the Batch Converter "List" Button at the top left, when I "Right-click" a file, a menu pops up with "Explore to File Location" as the last option.

When I click that option, nothing seems to happen for me. Is this normal, or do I have a system issue? I might be wrong, but intuitively I was expecting Explorer to bring up the folder containing the selected file?

Actually this might be a bug in just the "Video Batch Converter".

Seems to work fine with the audio Batch Converter.

ie. When I use the standard audio Batch Converter, right-clicking a music file in the List "does" open up the folder.

However with the "Video Batch Converter", doing the same with say an MP4 file does nothing.
