Help renaming files with odd tags

I have 3.5 TB of audio files I use in broadcast and they are tagged in an odd way. Right now, I reference a spreadsheet to find the folder and filename where they are.

I'd like to rename all of them artist - title, but because of the tagging structure, I can't figure it out.

Here is what it looks like... How can I do this?

Use the 'Arrange Audio' utility codec (download in codec central above).

Then use something like:

[tag]tart[]\[tag]talb[]\[tag]tttl[]
