How Do I Do This

I have a main folder. In that folder I have individual albums folders in FLAC. How do I create another set of the same folders in 320kbps? Each album is "ELO - Time FLAC" so I would want "ELO - Time 320kbps as an end result.

I have a folder named "ELO FLAC" that has all theirs CD's ripped under it. I wanted to make a converted 320kbps version of it "ELO 320kbps" and it will convert a 320kbps copy from the source.
