Help Me to Make Batch Converter Do This

I have a group of album folders with FLAC files in them. I want to convert the tracks to 320kbps to separate folders and not place them in the source folder. In short I do not want the FLAC and MP3 in the same folder. How do I do this?

Batch Converter >> select the root folder, click convert, select mp3 (Lame) then for 'output to' select 'preserve source path' choose the new location where you want the files to go.
