Is it possible to retrieve metadata for a previously-ripped album

I have an album of Spanish music that was ripped before dealing with foreign characters was standardized, so things like ñ and accented vowels are not handled correctly. Is there a way to download refreshed metadata and apply it using DBpoweramp?
