this is supposed to convert from wav and wma to mp3?

I bought this software because I thought it would convert my .wav and .wma files to .mp3 files. It appears not to do that. how do i get a refund or find out how to make it do that. there dont appear to be any settings anywhere. HELP?

If you have dBpoweramp it will convert Wave and WMA to mp3, what issue are you facing? (cannot select source files, cannot choose mp3)?
