Converting W64 32/44.1 to WAV or FLAC

I currently have 1,800 albums I ripped with DBPowerAmp to W64, 32 bit / 44.1khz. These are playing on a music player that provides best sonic reproduction at this configuration.

I am trying to establish my library on a BlueSound Vault, and need to have the files in WAV or FLAC.

I am able to convert them to 16/44.1 WAV but the folder.jpg file does not come over. Is there a solution using the batch converter?

FLAC does not allow me to set a lower bit depth, and errors out saying that FLAC above 24 bits is not supported.

Is there a solution to either of these?

Include the DSP effect 'Folder.jpg Preserve'

For FLAC use the DSP effect 'Bit Depth'
