Batch convert multiple FLAC per album to single MP3 per album

I just bought a new head unit for a boat (Clarion M608). It's still behind the times with a hard limit of 3000 files on a USB Stick.

There are tools out there that can merge MP3's (with out re-encoding). But they are GUI's need to browser one set of MP3's at a time.

Can dbpoweramp do this on the fly as it converts from flac library?
Can it generate a QUE Sheet as it goes?

No, dBpoweramp cannot take several files and convert to a single file.
