I just upgraded from 14.X to the latest version 16.4. In the batch converter, I noticed the windows media (WMA) encoder is missing. This worked under the previous version without problem. I re-downloaded and installed the codec from the dbPoweramp site and that did not fix it. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Windows WMA Codec missing
It is likely you have the older 43 bit version of R14 installed, so run this program:
...also how to do a full reset of dBpoweramp? (if dBpoweramp crashes for some reason) Where does dBpoweramp save its files / settings? It is installed to c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp or c:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp The 64 bit version of dBpoweramp is installed to: c:\Program Files\dBpoweramp It
Then reinstall dBpoweramp then the WMA codec. -
