Convert huge list of files! [BIG Problem]

Hi there...
I'm converting 200000 mp3 files but it stays in "Generating Conversion List..." and nothing done!!!
I suppose reading meta data from files in selection stage is not necessary. it takes to much time and resource.
Is there any command line options/features to convert without GUI?

It would only read the metadata if you have a naming string which needs metadata.
