    Directory Conversion Question

I have a large directory of mostly ALAC files with some AAC and MP3 files scattered throughout. Can I do the following with Batch Converter?

Into a new directory by just selecting the entire Source directory

    1. Convert the ALAC files to AAC maintaining the Source directory file structure
    2. Just copy without converting the AAC and MP3 files to the new directory maintaining the Source directory file structure

    Thanks for any advice

    Re: Directory Conversion Question

Yes, use Batch Converter, select the root folder.

Click Convert and add conditional encode DSP, set action to 'Copy Source to Destination, no encoding' , set Has extension to:

    .mp3

Then add a 2nd DSP conditional encode effect and set to .m4a
