    Creating Gapless Conversions

Now that I've converted all my CD's to FLAC, I'd like to create some gapless versions of some of the albums (i.e. my Pink Floyd collection). It appears however that the only time I can do that is @ ripping time. Is there no way to convert my FLAC albums to MP3 gapless versions?

Converting from FLAC >> mp3 is the same as ripping direct to mp3. If your player supports playing mp3 files gaplessly, then your mp3 files are gapless, nothing more to do.

Sorry Spoon, I'm just not getting it. I'll map out what I've tried so-far:

      1) Ripped a Pink Floyd album to FLAC with no DSP effects.
      2) Attempt to use 'Batch Convert' to convert those FLAC files to a Gapless MP3, but I get the message "Removes gaps from audio tracks. Can be used only when using CD Ripper and ripping to single tracks." when I try to add the Gapless DSP.

If you want to remove the inter track gaps (that are present on the CD) then yes it has to be done at the time of ripping as indexes are used which are not present later on.
