dBpoweramp freezes on Mac

Hello,

the Batch Converter stops working while converting files to ReplayGain. I´m working on a Mac. What causes this problem?

Additional informations:

*No security software on the Mac
*Music is stored locally on the Mac
*Freezing happens irrespective of the number of used cores
*ReplayGain is set to "track, album gain & iTunes track normalization" and Lufs
*Freezes after different numbers of files, not at a special audio file
*Everything else on the Mac is up and running, I can force a closing of dBpoweramp

You are encoding to 'ReplayGain' as the encoder? or using Replaygain as a dsp effect?

I´ve enabled utility codecs in the preferences of the programm... I didn`t load anything else.

In batch processing it`s
--> Encoding: [ReplayGain]

I'm afraid that I'm unable to recreate this problem, tried replaygaining various amounts of files without noticing anything out of the ordinary.

Please recreate the lockup, force quit dBpoweramp, then take a snapshot of your dBpoweramp configuration ( so last used conversion settings are the problematic ones ):
Settings / Converter / [Save configuration snaphsot]
... and email the file it produces to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis.

hi, i have just installed dBpoweramp onto my mac. i have alot of music on a USB drive and im trying to convert it using the batch converter, but every few hundred tracks the program crashes

i tried to upload my configurtion but the upload attachments tool rejected it. help please

Do not upload your configuration dump please, it will allow anybody reading the forum to get it - and it may contain sensitive information - such as what albums you have ripped ( cached metadata and album covers ).

Please email configuration dumps to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis.
