Can I change the structure of my music collection?

I am a very new user. I hope that some of you had similar problems with theri music collection.
When I first started to rip my CDs I layed them on the Computer like /artist/album name/songs.
After a while I changed to /artist - album name/songs.
This is more convenient for me. But I now have both structures mixed. Is there a way to change the old structure to the new one with a batch job?

Install the utility codec 'Arrange Audio' and Batch Convert all your files to this codec (choose it as the encoder) enter the same naming as used in CD ripper. Test with one album first.
