multiple core threads have now become one core thread, why?

Recently, my batch converter has been puking my registration and I have to reset my purchase confirmation number. Now, ican't convert with more than one of my cores while in the past I would always utilize all of my cores. What up with that?

Run dBpoweramp Configuration and it will tell you the registration status. Check it is registered.
