Missing tracks

I'm trying to batch convert my FLAC music into MP4a. It's all worked successfully except I've notice certain tracks missing
It seems to be where I have multiple albums by one artist and there are duplicate tracks across the albums
An example is Leonard Cohen. I have a folder "Leonard Cohen" with 5 albums
If I convert any single album it works fine and all tracks are present
But if I convert the whole folder, certain albums have tracks missing where the same song appears on another album
My setting is Dynamic, [artist]\[artist]-[title]
I assume that's incorrect so can someone help me het the setting right please?

My setting is Dynamic, [artist]\[artist]-[title]

with his naming your filenames won't be unique. This way the files overwrite each other. You have to insert a unique key into your naming, like the album name, to keep all tracks.

Id add track number too.
