How do I start Batch Converter

I have Ripnas with dbpoweramp software running on WHS platform.
Batch converter is version 1.5.
I've located the shortcut for Batch Converter when I double click it nothing happens.
I've located the shortcut for Music Converter. I can start that application but it's not very useful for converting a whole lot of flac files.
Please advise how to start Batch Converter.

Browse to the dBpoweramp install (in program files) and run dmcfileselector
