Batch Convertor refuses to convert into new folder

When I specify a new folder to convert to, the converted songs are still placed into the source folder.
I have attached 3 printscreens to show the error.

I have no clue what I am doing wrong, this worked perfectly in the past.

Your guidance would be appreciated

Try converting those files again, when it asks to overwrite, which drive is it showing on the overwrite page?

The source folder - see attached images 04 & 05

Try the new R16 version, it is in the testing section of this forum.

There was an issue where the window is created multiple times on some system (it should never happen on windows), which causes the list of files to convert to duplicate, it seems it is happening on your system.

I tried with the new R16 version, no success, see attached images.

I have installed R15.3 on another PC - there it works flawlessly.

Should I completely de-install & re-install?

Have no problems whatsoever with other applications on this PC.

As a test try encoding to mp3, do they go to the right location?

No, same problem, files are converted into source folder

Re-install R15.3 does not solve the problem.
Very bizar.
Luckily it does work on another PC.
