Batch Convert (Selectively) FLAC Uncompressed to FLAC Level 8 ??

I have got a lot of music saved as FLAC Uncompressed, alongside a lot of others that are saved as FLAC Level 8. (The uncompressed ones are older rips - I realised at a certain point that I was gaining nothing by saving uncompressed and from then on I started saving to Level 8).

To save a bit of space on my NAS I would now like to convert everything to Level 8.

I realise that I can do this in Batch Converter by selecting all FLAC files and converting all to Level 8 but I have a lot of files and converting them all will take at least a couple of days.

Can I somehow select only the uncompressed files for conversion? I haven't been able to find a setting for this.

FLAC has no provision for kowning what settings were used to encode.
