QQGetTray error message: Cannot create file QQGetTray.log

I'm a newbie trying to set up a Nimbie USB. I've installed the drivers fine and DBPA can see the drive no problem, but I'm getting errors when I try to use QQGetTray - it says 'Status: No devices found' and when I try to close the program I get an error pop up message 'Cannot create file QQGetTray.log'

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

Should add that I'm using W7 Enterprise on a Dell Latitude

You do not use QQGetTray with dBpoweramp, instead install Batch Ripper and our Nimbie driver and it is controlled directly.
