Is concatenate in Batch Convert Broken?

Is Concatenate in Batch Convert broken? I keep getting this error.

Error converting to FLAC, 'd:\Temp\TMP-A9A79E8577593E41866331EF7928B0B6-4.dbpoweramp-concat' to 'C:\Users\riche\Music\01 - Footloose.flac'
Error: Unable to load decoder for file type '.dbpoweramp-concat', codec not installed? visit 'Codec Central'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]

It looks like there is an issue with it, I will check for next release.
