After re-install, software no longer converts WAV to FLAC.

I get error messages saying that only PCM files can be converted to FLAC. Before the re-install the Batch Converter worked perfectly. I am using dBpoweramp Reference R17.0 (Family Pack). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If your files are Floating Point, FLAC does not accept those. Use the DSP effect 'Bit Depth' and set to 16 to 24 bit.
