Sorry, not a question about Batch Converter per se, but about its file/folder/subfolder selection system using checkboxes:
Is there a replacement for Windows Explorer (or whatever they call it these days) that uses something similar to this?
What I want to do is make a selection of files/folders/subfolders - as if I was choosing audio files to batch convert, but with any type of file - and then right-drag/copy them to a new location, preserving the directory structure.
I can't believe this doesn't exist, but Google (& AI) hasn't helped me find it. I've tried two of Google's suggestions, Double Commander and Q-Dir, since these have portable versions, but if this feature exists in either of them it is very well hidden, and I don't want to start installing non-portable versions in the hope of striking it lucky.
Does anyone know of anything that fits the bill? It needs to run on Windows 8.1 (I know, I know...) and ideally be free(!).
Thanks in advance.
