Convert only specific file format in Batch Converter?

Is there a way to tell Batch Converter to only convert a specific file type? For example, let's say you have a folder that contains audio files in multiple formats but you only want to convert the WAV files. Is it possible to have Batch Converter do that? Currently I have a directory that is filled with a mixture of WAV, Flac, mp3, and aac files. I'd like to convert all the wav files to Flac without also simultaneously converting all the other files to flac as well.

Yes click the Filter Button and can click the button to unselect all file types.
