Potential Bug in Batch Converter when overwriting

Hey Spoon,

I've noticed a potential bug in Batch Converter when I convert flac files into mp3 files. Whenever the mp3 files already existed and I overwrite those, the track numbers in the new files are scrambled. If I delete the old mp3 files by hand first, then the new files have the same track numbers as the flac files.

I'm on the latest Windows release 2025-12-04.

Just noticed that the eliminated bug scrambled the track titels too.
