    some files not being converted/missing

I've noticed some files aren't converting or are straight up missing when using batch converter. I'm converting mostly from FLAC to ALAC to use on my iTunes and when I add the converted files, some of the albums are either missing some songs or aren't there entirely and I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it. In the batch converter I can see that there's 773 files ready to be converted to ALAC. I hit convert, wait a few mins and done. I got to the folder destination and only 737 files are there. That's almost 40 songs I'm missing and have re-ran the conversion to a new destination to be sure and it's still only 737 files. Any help/ideas? (I know this may seem like a small amount, that's because I only did a small sample of my library)
