Multiencoder doesn't copy .jpg

Hey what's up. Just wanted to congratulate you on an extremely brilliant piece of software. Just one small bug I noticed. When using the multi-encoder it doesn't copy the .jpg. I tried setting the filter within each multi-encoder, and also outside in the main window, and also one or the other. It works perfectly good in normal mode.

Sadly this is a limitation of using multi encoder.

Is there anyway to make this work with the autoarrangefiles plugin? Since it works with regular encode mode. What I want to do is rename all my directories and files using some of the tag metadata and also move the .log and .cue files which are extremely important. Please

Arrange audio will preserve the external art, but not other files.
