Using dynamic naming in the OSX version

I'm trying to batch convert a large library of Wav files ripped on a naim UnitiServe to FLAC, while preserving folder structure. I understand that I need to set dynamic naming to [origpath]\[origfilename] but the naming button is grayed out. Do I need to purchase the full version to have this option? I'm using the Mac trial version now.
