I got ticked off when Waves told me I had to subscribe to plugins I bought years ago, so I figured out how to make them work on Windows 11, which also makes it where they work on any program that supports VST plugins.
Here's how it works.
First, download https://www.xlutop.com/buzz/zip/shell2vst.zip.
It set off my virus software, so I scanned it with all the online regulars and determined it was a false positive.
Extract the zip into the directory with your waveshell.dll files.
Drag the waveshell.dll files to the extracted exe file.... let it work.
It creates VST dlls of all the waves plugins in a form that nearly every vst -aware program out there can use.
