batch converter tells me the sampe version has expired

when I try to open batch converter it tells me that I need the real version of power amp - that the trila has expired. I keep putting in my registration code but it does not see the authorized version.

None of our programs ever ask for a registration code, instead you download a registered version from our site. Can you clarify where you are putting the registration code?
