Possible To Run Batch Converter On Desktop Folder

Hi,
I do all my work on desktop folders, and copy the folders to different drives when completed.
Is it possible to run the Batch Converter on a desktop folder ?
The desktop is not listed in the Batch Converter directory tree.

Yes.

The desktop is not listed in the Batch Converter directory tree.

The desktop folder is listed in the Batch Converter directory tree for me, OS is Windows 8.1 64-bit.

In Batch Converter, try navigating to C:\Users\%userprofile%\Desktop
where %userprofile% is your user profile folder.
