Error converting from WAV to FLAC

I am trying to convert some WAV files to FLAC- Keep getting an error message of " Error Chunk is out of file."

Anyone know what the problem may be?

It means that the wave file is only part of what it should be (the header says it is a certain length) yet the file is cut short.
