Batch export album art to folder.jpg

I just discovered that Windows, in its infinite wisdom, went through my music directory and resized all the folder.jpg images to tiny 200x200px images and accompanied these with AlbumArtSmall.jpg images (as if the compressing of the folders wasn't enough).

Fortunately it appears that Windows did not overwrite the images stored in the tags, so I can use dbpoweramp's Edit ID Tags functionality out of the context menu in explorer to re-export the album art and overwrite the shrunken art. However, doing this for each and every album would take days (if not weeks) of work.

Is there any batch functionality in dbpoweramp where I could point it to my Music folder and just have it pull art from all the tags and save it to folders?

Nevermind? I think I found the batch operation. [ID Tag Update]: Manipulation -> Album Art -> Export To "Folder.jpg"

Are you sure Windows is to blame? Never heard or read about anything like that. Do you use Windows Mediaplayer?

Albumartsmall.jpg sounds like windows media player to us.

I suggest going into the Windows Features menu and uncheck Windows Media Player. This will remove it your Windows install and prevent having it take over any management of your music files. There are other/better options.
