Select 16bit FLACs only

I have a set of 16bit and 24bit FLACs that have the same names but are in different sub-directories. I need to do a batch convert of only the 16bit FLACs. Is it possible to create a filter that only selects the 16bit FLACs? I see that I can filter by format, but I need to filter by format and bit depth. Thanks so much for your help.

Yes in Batch Converter click the List button, then sort on Bit depth, uncheck the 24 bit files (if bit depth not present right click on column header to add), then click Ok, and Convert.
