Batch Converter error: Error converting to mp3 (Lame)

When I convert from my FLAC Collection to Mp3, I get the following error for some of the selected files (example):

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), '\\MEDIASHARE\MyLibrary\MyMusic\FLAC\R.E.M\Monster \04 R.E.M. - I Don't Sleep, I Dream.flac' to 'C:\Users\Carsten\Music\Flac2Mp3\R.E.M\R.E.M. - Monster\04 - I Don't Sleep, I Dream.mp3'
Error opening file, check no other program has it open. [clDecoder::WriteIDTags]

I seems that the file has been converted correct - the file plays ok. So why do I get a lot of these errors then? Anyone familiar with this issue?

It is really annoying....

Convert to a different folder other than music folder to see if helps, because another program is jumping in to take the access to the file and it is stopping the ID Tags being written.
