Creating id3v2 metadata

Hello whenever I batch convert to mp3 it only creates id3v1 metadata. I am not seeing any settings to change this behavior. I want it to create both id3v1 and v2.x metadata, how do I do this? Thanks.

dBpoweramp configuration >> codecs >> advanced settings

there is an option of which mp3 tags to create.
