Batch Convert - Naming

I'm trying to convert my complete ripped collection to wav format for the car. Everything is in flac with a perfectly logical file structure of Artist, Album and Track. When I run the conversion, it leaves all the tracks to all the different albums mixed together under the artist folder. All the album folders are gone. How can I convert my files and keep the logical file structure intact?

[origpath]\[origfilename]
