Batch Converter fails to uncompress certain files

I am batch converting my Flac collection to Uncompressed Flac. I've noticed certain albums after being converted are in fact still compressed even though Batch converter has completed it's task. The meta data shows it has now been converted using Release 15.1 but still shows compression. Permissions etc are all OK. Any ideas welcome?

24 bit, more than 2 channels or tracks with extended silence will still be compressed even if using the uncompressed option.

It is only the 24bit/44.1kHz files that haven't uncompressed. 24bit/48kHz, 24bit/96kHz, and 24bit/192kHz files have all uncompressed fine. I guess this is because the 24bit/44.1kHz were HDCDs and the extra bit padding is causing the problem. If I re-ripped these HDCD's would I be able to rip them as 24bit/44.1kHz 'uncompressed' or will there possibly be a fix for this in future releases? Cheers

It is not our code which can be fixed, it is flac its self.
