Driver error configure batch ripper

Hi, I have a Primera Bravo Pro Installed the program and batch ripper but when I run the configure batch ripper program after installation i get the error : "Error Whilst running C/ Program Files/ db power amp batch ripper.exe.

I tried installing on 2 different PC's both running windows 7.

Any Ideas. I would really like to get this program. I also tried to install the Media Changer Batch ripper program with the same results.

You should install:

dBpoweramp
Batch Ripper
Primera Driver

in that order.

Thanks, I must have changed the order. I loaded onto my laptop & will try when I get home tonight.
